How the FAIR USE POLICY works:

Should a customer be found to be making an unreasonable number of no obligation reservations via without making a deposit or payment on a reservation (not confirming the reservation), reserves the right to NOT PROCESS anymore NO OBLIGATION reservations after the SAME CLIENT has made TWO OR MORE reservations within a 12 month period without fulfilling the reservation (without paying a deposit/final payment when booking has been confirmed) unless a non-refundable deposit of $100 per passenger is paid up front.

How we determine if you have made TWO OR MORE NO OBLIGATION reservations within the last 12 months:

Our system is able to identify customers who have made 2 or more unpaid No Obligation policies within the last 12 months through the passenger details, email address, home address and phone number used at the time of making a reservation.

- If you have made TWO OR MORE NO OBLIGATION RESERVATIONS ON ESEACRUISING.COM within the PAST 12 MONTHS our reservations team will NOT process your reservation online. YOU MUST CALL OUR RESERVATIONS CENTRE to book and an upfront non-refundable deposit of $100 per passenger will be charged via CREDIT CARD INSTANTLY.
